The guys at geek squad need a reality check. Their job is to help assist with the issue. But they don’t let their little baby hands do anything but type and click. When I come in for a battery replacement, replace my battery, don’t tell me nothing is wrong with my phone cause your little bitty computer says so. My battery is completely screwed and they refused to replace it. I’ll be returning and if they don’t replace it like their apple contract says to then we’re gonna have problems

There was an offer posted online for the new iPhone. I went in the store and they told me it was not offered in store, but clearly the online said that it was offered. I definitely feel that the store and the online services do not match as to what is stated. I definitely will not be coming back to shop.I have to drive way to pittsburgh to purchase my son, a new phone.

So funny. I shop at Best buy all the time but this is the first time I've been in this one. I just wanted a cheap TV and I bought some LG. Nothing fancy. It wasn't for me. The sales guy was visibly annoyed that I didn't take his upsells. Like, day and night difference. Totally cool to, get your stuff and get out instantly. I felt bad for him but I didn't want the warranty on a low end TV. Sorry big guy. I hope you have better days ahead.

Excellent customer service. My mother and I were helped by a gentleman for an everyday laptop and then I was helped by a nice lady for a screen protector. Both were polite and helped us tremendously. I have not shopped here for years, but I am happy with the service provided today.

We came in on 2-23-26 and Kevin aka big red was absolutely awesome. My iPhone 16 pro max was obliterated and I was extremely emotional about losing things on my phone. He was very helpful in showing me I wouldn’t lose everything and helped tremendously in explaining how it couldn’t be fixed but would be able to order a new one! We left very satisfied that night. When I got home I checked with my service provider and found out I wouldn’t be able to use the new phone. My husband called that next day (2-24) and spoke with Colby. He basically told my husband that since it had already been shipped he couldn’t issue a refund and that there was nothing he could do, and with that he hung up. When my husband relayed the message I wasn’t too happy. There was no explanation or anything of what COULD be done. I immediately got online to speak with a live agent to get answers. She stated that something absolutely could be done and that what Colby had said was incorrect. I’m assuming since he’s a service repair agent that customer service isn’t his strong suit. My husband called back today as I’d received an email that the phone had arrived at store. Again when my husband called he spoke with Co
